The accommodation

The accommodation has exposed oak beams and provides a large galleried entrance hall with full size table tennis, sitting room with wood burning stove, 25 foot long kitchen/dining room with Rangemaster double electric cooker and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Additional downstairs cloakroom with loo and basin.

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms :
1 x double with archway to en suite with bath, basin and loo, 1 x double and 1 x twin both with shared access to en suite with bath with shower over, basin and loo, 1 x twin with archway to en suite with shower, basin and loo.

There is a TV with DVD and video in the sitting room and another TV in the kitchen, along with a CD player. The telephone receives incoming calls only.

Note: the bedroom oak cross beams are approximately 6 ft above floor level.

 We have stayed in many rented houses over the years and I can truthfully say Upper Trereece has been the best yet.  We appreciated the top quality mattresses and bedding. The showers were fantastic too. The kitchen was so well equipped and the cooker a real pleasure to cook on. Also an excellent selection of DVDs and Games. January 2007
